A killer home strength and conditioning workout with a mix of kettlebell and bodyweight exercises (the best kind of workout). It’ll be a modified version of one I did in 2012, here:

We’re doing 2 rounds of the following 10! exercises and 2 sets of the bridging exercise:

1a. ​Stand-Kneel-Stand (right)​ ​

1b. ​Stand-Kneel-Stand (left)​ ​​

​​1c. ​Renegade Row​ (or alternating row)​​

​1​d. ​​Two-Handed Swing ​

1​e. ​​Side to Side Step-Over​​

1​f. ​Push-Press (right)​ ​​

1​​g. ​Push-Press (left)​ ​​

​1​h. ​Single Leg Hip Thrust (right) ​

​1​i. ​Single Leg Hip Thrust (left) ​

1​​j. ​Burpee (with/without push-up)​ (or anther swing)

2. Monster Band Walk: 1×16-20 total reps
